Everyone’s favourite local. Dog landlord Alfie Mably ‘The Cefn Cocker’ has created a warm and delicious smelling place which provides excellent under-the-table grub and, if you time your visit right, the odd free yorkshire pudding. Alfie has also been known to share his bar-top treat tub so keep your eyes peeled for the magic tub to appear.

Only half the pub floor is carpeted so if you want somewhere cozy to snooze, head to the tables towards the fireplace. In the summer the non-carpeted tiled floor makes for a lovely place to cool your pink bits, while the front and rear beer gardens give ample opportunity to let it all hang out.

Yappy hour offers free treats and water and runs 12pm to 3pm and 6pm to 7.30pm on Mondays to Wednesdays and 2pm to 6.30pm Thursdays and Fridays.
